Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Windham, NH. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the contract and consultant staffing space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing sales and a deep understanding of contingent workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business and grow client accounts within contract/consultant staffing.
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, networking events, and social media outreach (especially LinkedIn).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and procurement professionals.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of talent aligned with client needs.
Negotiate contract terms, rates, and service agreements in line with company objectives.
Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
2–5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the staffing industry—specifically contract or consultant staffing.
Strong understanding of contract employment types (W2, 1099, corp-to-corp) and rate structures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a hunter mentality.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Bullhorn is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Exposure to staffing in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Healthcare verticals is highly desirable.
