Project Manager
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, and excellent communication skills.
This candidate will be responsible for the end to end installations of our product for new clients along with continued support. Ideally, you will have exposure to both the healthcare and the medical diagnostic space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required.
- Execute project plans, ensuring milestones are met, and proactively addressing any deviations.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Resource Allocation:
- Optimize resource utilization and allocation to maximize efficiency and meet project objectives.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and post-project evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Proven experience (2 years) in project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in the artificial intelligence or technology industry.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
