We are looking for a Recruiter who is ready to make a difference for healthcare nursing professionals by matching them with their ideal jobs in medical facilities across the country. You should be driven to create relationships with our nursing professionals and assist in their placement every step of the way. As a Nursing Recruiter, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new nursing leads to support our clients. This individual should be a highly motivated, self-starter who can identify and develop new candidate leads from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.

What we ask of you:

  • Work independently to source, identify, qualify, and deliver candidates for an assigned client group, including senior-level positions, using a variety of creative recruiting methods.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to identify and clarify job specifications to effectively generate top-quality candidates and develop recruitment strategies to support current hiring needs and future growth.
  • Establish and build effective relationships across the business as well as influence best practice recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Identify, engage with, and create pipelines of external talent who possess the relevant skills and experience to be considered potential candidates for future open positions.
  • Manage candidate activity within the CRM (Bullhorn), and engage in direct sourcing/alternate recruiting methods to identify a diverse slate of candidates for your open requisitions.

Who we are looking for:

  • A team-oriented individual that wants to grow, develop, and earn.
  • Experience in the agency recruiting environment, or comparable fast-paced career fields.
  • Comfortable contacting people via phone, email, social media, and facilitating introductions.
  • Persuasive presenter with demonstrated talent in establishing relationships over the phone and in person.
  • Proactive, self-starter with great time management skills.
  • Has a desire to increase earnings based on performance.
