Seeking an ERP Project Manager who will plan, direct, and coordinate the upgrade of our clients ERP system (QAD) to the latest version operating in QAD’s Cloud environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of projects on a day-to-day basis, including task management and resource allocation. You will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and necessary resources. Your focus will encompass project planning, covering schedule, cost, and risk management. Collaborating with clients and partners, you will ensure effective communication and expectations management to ensure the overall success of each project.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of operational project tasks and resource allocation on a daily basis.
• Develop and uphold a detailed project plan, identifying scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Execute thorough project planning, encompassing schedule, cost, and risk assessment and mitigation.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project objectives.
• Create, maintain, and manage a comprehensive project plan that aligns with corporate budgeting guidelines.
• Initiate continuous improvement initiatives for IT projects, identifying opportunities to adjust requirements, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Strategize, organize, and facilitate meetings with both internal and external project team members.
• Serve as the primary liaison with business units, colleagues, and vendor teams throughout all project phases.
• Oversee budget tracking and monitor resource time allocation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience translating business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience across multiple time-zones and diverse cultures.
• Track record of managing and coordinating vendors, particularly ISVs, in projects, including experience with solutions, configuration, and custom development.
• A minimum of 12 years of project management experience, specifically in overseeing large-scale projects.
• Successful history of managing enterprise-level technology deployments.
• Familiarity with QAD ERP system technology highly advantageous.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Periodic travel will be required to client's facilities as part of the project
