Staffing Analyst

Prediktive - LatinAmerica, LATAM

We are looking for a Staffing Analyst based in Latin America to become part of our Recruiting Team at Prediktive.

Prediktive is the premier Technology Business Partner for Startups and Digital Companies based in the US. We specialize in the execution of software product development projects and business strategic programs.

The person in this role will provide support in a wide variety of tasks to the Recruiting Team and Management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance during the whole recruiting process to the Team and Management
  • Preparation of resumes to be sent to the clients
  • Ask candidates for further information to complete resumes
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Connect interviews between candidates and clients
  • Load candidates profiles to our ATS
  • Send openings requirements to Recruiters and communicate updates to them
  • Create, customize and update a wide variety of spreadsheets
  • Execute internal processes and programs as needed (i.e: Referrals Program)
  • Generate draft e-mails to be sent to clients

Requirements

  • Native English Level
  • +2 years of experience working in administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver things with high-quality standards and in time
  • Excellent ability to schedule events between parts
  • Ability to easily generate rapport with new people
  • Attention to details
  • Positive and can-do attitude

Bonus Points

  • BS. Degree or Associates Degree in Human Resources, Certified Translator, Interpreter or related fields
  • Having being raised in an English Speaking country or experienced living abroad for at least +5 years
  • Experience working in call centers in English
  • Experience working on IT companies
  • Experience working remotely
