Front End Developer (React)

Prediktive - Latin America, LATAM

We are looking for a Front End Developer with strong experience working with Reactjs, based in Latin America to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, an Internet Company based in Santa Monica, California.

Our client’s e-commerce platform aims to empower their community of incredibly talented artists to create and sell art online through over 60 unique product offerings. Their focus is on creating high-quality products that bring joy into the homes and lives of their large and growing customer base. They take pride in knowing their artists make a living by selling their artwork and designs.

Our client’s Internet properties have over 100 million unique visitors per month. Their success is based on the stability of their products’ performance, usability, and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application
  • Work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation
  • Take an active role on both sides and define how the application looks as well as how it works

Requirements

  • Advanced Level of English
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Front End Developer
  • 3+ years of experience working with web markup, HTML5 and CSS3
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience working with jQuery
  • Experience working with Webpack, and with LESS/SASS technologies
  • 2+years of experience working with Reactjs

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related fields
  • Experience with Python, Django and PostgreSQL
