Client Success Manager

Prediktive - Latin America, LATAM

We are looking for a Client Success Manager based in Latin America to become part of our Client Success team at Prediktive

Prediktive is the premier Technology Business Partner for Startups and Digital Companies based in the US. We specialize in the execution of software product development projects and business strategic programs.

The person in this role will be responsible for facilitating client’s engagement with Prediktive and ensure the satisfactory fulfillment of client’s business needs. 


  • Work along the sales team to fulfill client requests.
  • Ensure team members complete assigned tasks as expected by the client.
  • Ensure team members adhere to client’s policies.
  • Facilitate communication between team and client to solve any identified contingencies.
  • Keep constant communication with clients to make sure their needs are covered.
  • Host periodic checkpoint meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work with Talent Ambassadors to manage team members’ participation and monitor their work satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate candidates’ interview process with clients.
  • Discuss and manage pricing changes with clients with input from Sales a/o Managing Director.
  • Request creation of SOWs and SOW Amendments to the Legal team, as applicable.


  • Advanced level of English language.
  • 3+ years of experience working in technology services companies.
  • 3+ years of experience doing project management of software projects or delivery management of software teams.
  • Great communication skills
  • Problem solving skills

  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
