Data Analyst

Prediktive - Latin America, LATAM

We are looking for BI/Data Analysts based anywhere in Latin America to work on a long term project for one of our clients, an online video startup based in Los Angeles that is building the future of television.

The person in this role will advise the supported business unit in a consultative role on what the data is telling them what to do and not to do. We like to think of the analyst as a “data doctor”, and the analyst is expected to take a proactive role in suggesting what data should be tracked and analyzed.

The analyst will be supporting one, or more, of the following groups: Marketing, Distribution, Revenue, Engineering, Entertainment, Retention, and Innovation. This role will be part of the Business Intelligence team and will be reporting to the Head of Data Science, Analytics, and Data Engineering.


This is a critical role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing data analysis and recommendations to the business group so that the business group starts to make significantly more data-driven decisions
  • Utilizing statistics and data modeling to develop insights and dashboards
  • Work with digital advertising and streaming video data
  • Supporting quantitative and qualitative analytics from requirements, test design to analysis
  • Servicing multiple ad hoc requests in a timely manner
  • Supporting various business groups with reports, dashboards and executive presentations that drive various business Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensuring consistency/standardization in data, metrics, and analysis


  • Mastery in SQL (ANSI, RedShift, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards
  • Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, R is a major plus
  • Experience with SaaS Big Data Platforms (AWS or Google Cloud)
  • Experience working with one or more BI Platforms (Alteryx, Knime, Dataiku, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience as an analyst in one or more of the following domains strongly preferred: Marketing, Distribution, Revenue, Customer Retention, Engineering, and/or Entertainment
