Talent Sourcing Analyst

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Analyst based in Latin America to become part of our Staffing Team at Prediktive.

The person in this role will be in charge of identifying and connecting with the best technology talent in Latin America to work for our US-based clients. Also, will make sure our process reaches the best standards in terms of quality and agility.

Responsibilities

  • Attract talent by sourcing in social media platforms, placing job advertisements and using newsgroups and job sites
  • Determine applicant qualifications by pre-screening candidates before they are assigned to a Recruiter
  • Create, track and update candidates using our ATS platform
  • Provide support to applicants along the initial stage of the recruiting process
  • Send on-line tests to applicants according to each job opening requirements
  • Create healthy pipelines always making sure the profiles are up to par with the requirements and Prediktive’s quality standards
  • Assist Management as needed

Requirements

  • Advanced Level of English
  • 2+ years of experience sourcing IT profiles
  • Great understanding of IT profiles and technologies
  • Great understanding of how booleans and operators work according to search engines and social networks (Google, LinkedIn, Github, StackOverflow, etc)
  • Experience working with ATS
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with candidates
  • Result oriented and motivated by fast-paced working environments
  • Attention to details
  • Good time-management skills to handle several open positions simultaneously
  • Analytic

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology or related fields
  • Completed courses on IT Recruiting related fields
  • Experience doing proactive sourcing activities
