Restaurant Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the highest quality standards in the Hospitality Industry
  • Maintain profitability across Food, Liquor, Wine, Soft Beverage, Paper Products, and Labor in a high volume, high energy environment
  • Manage overall operations under the guidance of the General Manager
  • Lead team members in not only a professional way, but a personal way to develop a crew that maintains standards through accountability and action
  • Maintain White Oak Hospitality Mission Statement and Brand Pillars at all time
  • Maintain standards of food excellence and safety
  • Demonstrate the ability to grow in a company that will propel you to new feats in the Hospitality Industry


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of General Manager responsibilities
  • Experience with high-volume sales with a minimum of 2 million dollars per year gross sales
  • Ability to demonstrate cost control according to company standards
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience leading a Kitchen operation is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities when needed
  • Always inspect what you expect
