HomeFree-USA is a fast-paced, production-oriented, community-focused nonprofit housing counseling organization. We specialize in homebuying guidance, foreclosure prevention, talent development, business growth, housing development, and government outreach.

We are looking to hire a competent Marketing Director to increase the company’s market share, maximize revenues, expand partnerships, and bring in new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HomeFree-USA’s marketing efforts from research and planning to execution and analysis
  • Proven ability to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and branding awareness strategies
  • Provide innovative data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes
  • Ensure the successful execution of all marketing functions including drip campaigns, website management, editorial calendar, reporting, strategy, content development, etc.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing marketing team. Handle tasks such as hiring, evaluations, training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines
  • Develop and manage the marketing and events budget
  • Manage vendors, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements

Requirements and skills

  • A skilled marketing strategist
  • 5+ years as a Marketing Director
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • A strong problem solver
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable about current online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them
  • Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEO
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
