JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking a talented Service Technician to work part of the time out of their office in Bedford/Walton Hills and the other part in the field. This Service Technician opportunity will contribute to the success of the company through the demonstration of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, providing our clients with superior service.

In this role you will:

• Build, maintain, repair, and install marking, coding & labeling equipment.
• Provide on-site service support for equipment installations and training, including problem diagnosis, analysis, and repair.
• Develop reports in keeping with company reporting mechanisms.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required by leadership.
• Assist in office-based duties when necessary.
• Keep current on trends from both market & technical standpoints.
• Up to 40% travel required

Qualifications/Experience:

• Technical training through school or military preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Experience in the repair & troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment or related schooling
• Computer literacy, esp. with MS Office
• Ability to conduct business in an ethical, successful manner
• Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal professional growth
• Strong technical, communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
