Integrator Sales Director

Sales Management experience required

Our client is a global leader within the packaging industry and designs and manufactures equipment utilized to identify products, trace products, and protect company brands from counterfeiting. As a leading manufacturer of labeling, coding, and marking equipment, their products are utilized for printing logos, bar codes, lot codes, expiration dates, QR codes, etc. on consumer goods packaging.

They are seeking a talented Integrator Sales Director in the Highlands Ranch, Colorado area. This position contributes to the overall success of the company by proactively managing the integrator sales team.

In this role you will:

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for customer engagement through direct travel, phone, email, and online tools.

• Develop and execute business growth strategies to secure new integrators, resellers, and end users.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the General Manager, Marketing Manager, Application Specialists, Production, Service, and Engineering teams to ensure project success.

• Oversee project specification and execution, ensuring timely quotes, accurate sales orders, and smooth delivery of awarded projects.

• Monitor customer follow-up activities, including sample acquisition, scheduling FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests), and installation timelines.

• Represent the company at trade shows and customer events, fostering strong relationships and promoting brand presence.

• Ensure timely submission of commission reports and adherence to internal reporting standards.

• Drive CRM utilization and compliance, ensuring all leads and opportunities are accurately tracked and managed.

• Promote continuous professional development, encouraging team members to pursue additional sales skills through training and networking.

• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.

• Strategize EOY to plan and build out coming year budget with General Manager.

• Ensure large accounts/customers are being managed so as to actively utilize the parent company brands with more and more market share.

Qualifications needed:

• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas

• At least 5 years experience selling industrial capital equipment

• Experience managing a sales team

• Ability to set goals, manage forecast, and motivate sales team

• Experience with integrators is a plus

• Ability to travel overnight 25% of the time nationally

• Excellent communication skills

• Technical aptitude

Total estimated first year income: $150,000-$180,000
