Enterprise Relationship Manager

Our CLIENT is hiring an Enterprise Seller in Dallas to cover a territory that includes Texas and Oklahoma. The role will be responsible for building and managing a book of business. This individual effectively runs his or her own business with the support of corporate resources and in collaboration with the broader team. The role requires strong skills in territory planning, lead generation/prospecting, and quality sales cycle management, closing and managing enterprise accounts. People working at the COMPANY and selling the solution are purpose driven, passionate and authentic.

The Ideal Candidate Required Experience:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience, proven Sales track record
  • Excellent knowledge of the learning industry
  • Have existing network of contacts in the territory
  • Solution sales experience
  • Must be willing to travel 25-30%
  • Must be good at prospecting
  • Insatiable drive to succeed, be coachable, and is innately curious
  • Active listening; ability to build rapport; have a consultative dialogue with client
  • Tenacious, high energy, self-starter who is looking to work hard and be compensated
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement; sees value in the solution
  • Thought Leadership, ability to become Trusted Advisor
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a self-directed and confident manner
  • Organize time efficiently and conduct timely and effective follow through
  • Collaborate within a team-centric environment
  • Excellent business communication, writing and presentation skills a must

Compensation

  • Base salary plus variable compensation on renewals and new business (upselling counts as new business)
  • Eligible for a bonus at 100% to quota and another at 120% to quota.
  • There is no cap on variable compensation
