Global Sales Leader

ProActivate - Berlin, Germany

Our client is looking for a Global Sales Leader who will be responsible for some collaborative production as well as managing a team of approximately 40-60 individuals that make up 4 different segments of sales and include:

  • Partnership deals (resellers & channels)
  • Inside Sales team
  • Account Executive team
  • Enterprise Team
  • Remote team of Business Development Executives

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategically managing results
  • Executing demos & selling, managing pipeline
  • Forecasting of team
  • Strategic decision making and review of processes and systems in order to make recommendations to leadership with data to support
  • P & L responsibility
  • Growth oriented mindset that will create momentum and break through the ceiling
  • Articulates why we need a product and influence other leaders of product so they can make right decisions
  • Data driven and seeks metrics to support decision making. 


  • Must have built a global story
  • Must have previous experience and success navigating solutions that involve different layers of people/product/solution.
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must have run an SMB organization where they have managed demos/sales process/ and SDRs
  • Must have managed a team of at least 40 sales people from different segments
  • Candidates must have a technical background and have sold B2B
