Job Description– Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

We're looking for a smart, passionate, motivated individual who loves Inside Sales, who isn’t afraid to call up/connect and talk to strangers and who wants a genuinely rewarding career path with serious long-term earning potential.

If you're the type of person they call a top ISR producer (or think you have the potential to be one), we want to call you part of our team. We'll provide you with product training, technical and administrative support and you'll be responsible and accountable for producing results.

The ISR position will require a well-organized, self-starter who can create and maintain strong relationships. Primary duties include inbound and outbound calling, email communication. We provide the job training; you provide the initiative and desire.

Expectations/Responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships with customers and implement prospecting programs to meet company goals.
  • Provide regular updates and information relating to daily activities and account statuses.
  • Cold Calling (Email, Phone and LinkedIn) on commercial Southern California prospects
  • Develop your target market via referral, networking and cold calling; extensive prospecting and business to business sales
  • Initially present the COMPANY's products and services to new target accounts and develop new prospects within assigned territory
  • Present COMPANY to your prospects’ staff on our product offerings.
  • Address any questions and have the ability to discuss points of difference.
  • Discuss and address any initial customer questions regarding the COMPANY
  • Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Sales experience is required, and Industry experience is preferred in IT Managed Services
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills are essential for this position.
  • Applicant must be able to exchange detailed information our concisely and must have a firm grasp of our capabilities
  • The ISR will respond to client questions in a positive manner with a professional demeanor.
  • Professional appearance and attire.
  • This role requires a flexible, professional with a positive, energetic personality and work ethic to meet the needs of this client-driven business.
  • Effective phone skills are essential along with proficiency in MS Office.
