Your primary role is to manage/build/adjust/design a growth-oriented sales team capable of identification and acquisition of new business to support the next phase of our company growth.  

You will be a member of our executive management team and report directly to the company partners. Our executive team works in a close-knit environment that promotes quality, integrity, personal development, and a healthy work-life fit. We have over twenty years of experience successfully delivering high quality consulting services related to custom software development.

Non – Negotiable Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling professional services to IT organizations; selling in the Columbus, OH market specifically
  • Experience and comfort selling custom software development
  • 5+ years of experience in the Greater Columbus Ohio market and willing to work full-time from office in downtown Columbus
  • Must have shown the capacity to be a leader
  • Must demonstrate a dynamic, confident, independent, self-starter personality with a consultative sales approach,
  • Job Stability with no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
