Sales Leader

Job Description

This is a senior-level position with the opportunity to manage and grow a business.Although the primary focus is revenue growth, the successful candidate must have the ability to oversee operations and be accountable to a business unit P&L.The primary activities and responsibilities for this position are:

• Create business strategies to facilitate company growth
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a team of salespeople in multiple geographic markets to execute company sales plan
• Achieve target sales projections in each market
• Track and manage sales team performance using CRM system
• Evaluate appropriate information to forecast future business transactions
• Identify and help develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers
• Works with other departments/partners to ensure alignment of company goals
• Reports directly to CEO
• Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
• Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
