Job Description

The primary purpose of the Critical Environment Specialist is to convert new end users in the target markets to become loyal customers and the retention/expansion of existing customers.

The successful Critical Environment Specialist will work with the sales and marketing teams to maintain and grow the market share through outbound sales calls to build a solid pipeline of prospective new end-users and implement consultative selling techniques to identify the end-users that are most likely to benefit from changing to our Client's products.

This position will cover a significant geographical territory and will require up to 50% travel.

Non – Negotiable Requirements

  • Must have a High School diploma
  • Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of field sales experience
  • Must have experience handling a multi-state territory with multiple accounts
  • Must be able to demonstrate a track record of success in previous role(s)
  • Must possess outstanding technical selling and negotiation skills and a proven ability to implement a consultative selling approach
  • Must be comfortable around technology with a high level of curiosity
  • Must display a high level of confidence and self-esteem
  • Must be able to travel as needed to be face-to-face with prospects and clients

Territory = Primarily CA
