Job Description:

The President of US Operations is responsible be for managing Medici’s USA expansion team and driving our growth, as well as overseeing operations for the US market. He/She will take on full responsibility for all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the business in the USA. Liaise with HQ and service departments (Marketing, Accounting, Tech) and Consistently deliver accurate forecasting projections for all areas of responsibility and implement timely and effective adjustments as required in staffing and expense controls to ensure profit integrity.

Expectations and Responsibilities:

• Manage expansion and growth of all the Medici Living brands in the USA with a team of regional expansion managers
• Maintain sustainable relationships with real estate developers and investors
• Ensure profitability of future developments in close cooperation with a Berlin-based research and analysis team
• Ensure a top-notch experience for our US based customers according to Medici Living standards
• Oversee operations while ensuring budgeted results and strong financial flow through
• Oversee the implementation of processes and service standards with local Operations Managers
• Support negotiations and foster partnerships with key players in facility management and local serviceproviders.

Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience growing revenue and territory in the USA.
• Must have 3-5 years if experience building business or organizations from the ground up (Give examples of a national presence)
• Must have 8+ years of management experience (Hire, train and onboard employees)
• Must have an Entrepreneurial mindset.
