Vice President of Sales

As VP of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and aligning team members and functions across the customer lifecycle to focus on new customer acquisition, customer experience, revenue generation and account growth. The VP will be responsible for coaching individual AEs and help create a sales playbook. As well as implement scalable sales processes, including hiring, training, and ramping up Sales Managers and AEs. VP will also assist AEs with key accounts when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Refine and adapt the sales strategy to drive growth and deliver an incredible customer experience
  • Effectively lead the sales team, process, pipeline health & reporting for the company
  • Coordinate implementation of the sales strategy across sales, development, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Inspire, motivate, coach, and grow the US based sales team to be wildly successful
  • Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency throughout the sales team
  • Effectively influence others, implement change and standardize processes in a complex environment
  • Assist with customer acquisition plan with key accounts
  • Identity, develop, and support strategic business partnership relationships to establish indirect sales channels for multiple products across multiple industries
  • Work with marketing & business development to build deep and relevant use cases that
  • Drive a strong sales culture in an ever-changing startup-style environment
  • Travel will be approximately 10-20% (one trip a month for three days)

 Requirements:

  • Must be willing to relocate/live in Gainesville.
  • Must have between 3-10 years of sales leadership and management experience
  • Leading a team through a phase of growth
  • Must have software sales experience and leading a software sales team
  • Strong understanding of marketing SaaS solutions to various sized companies and various verticals
  • Must have impeccable communication skills
