Senior Account Executive - Remote

We are in need for an experienced training sales specialist (individual contributor role) to work REMOTELY selling high end training to enterprise level businesses who invest in training (previous experience selling training required). This role will be responsible for the following:

  • Selling into Training and Sales Leadership Roles in verticals such as technology, financial services, retail, and insurance
  • Focusing on prospecting and pipeline development (lead management and attending events) will account for approximately 50% of their week
  • Working deals and face to face time with clients will account for 40% of the week
  • Administrative responsibilities will account for less than 10% of the week
  • Travel will be required and is estimated 30-40% of the month (such as a couple of day trips or an overnight event)
    • Much of the client contact can initially be done over the phone


Non – Negotiable Requirements

  • Candidate must have sold training before
  • Candidate must have an existing set of contacts where they have sold training previously
  • Candidate should have a mid-senior level amount of selling experience with demonstrated excellence
  • Candidate should have worked remotely before
    • Candidate can come out of an office setting but then would have to possess a certain level of maturity/independence
  • Candidate must have sold enterprise/corporate training addressing more than products
    • If a candidate has only product training (for example product training to phone company) they are disqualified

Excellent compensation package consisting of a 50/50 structure (base + commission) DOE. Total earnings reasonably in the $200K range. Full benefits.
