Our client’s main laboratory was originally founded in 2015 as part of a global pharmaceutical company to accelerate research and development activities. With a focus on sterile injectable and dermatological drugs for both the United States and Canada, our client has developed a GMP-certified facility that provides services to pharmaceutical companies looking to grow their pipelines and manage costs by leveraging our capabilities.

Location: Eastern Seaboard (Boston to Atlanta)

Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking an Account Executive to source, prospect, and close new clients for our client’s growing Pharmaceutical Lab. This is an ideal position for someone who has chemistry solution selling experience and wants to work with a socially conscious business leveraging a state-of-the-art offshore facility in Tallinn, Estonia. This position is a business development and sales role and reports to the company's SVP of Sales.

Responsibilities:


  • Heavy emphasis on net new business and will support existing business relationships as requested.

  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conventions, as needed

  • The candidate will be heavily involved in business development, face-to-face, phone, email, and networking

  • Utilize selling strategies and technologies to exceed business expectations for assigned territory by creating a sales plan executed to create, manage, and close opportunities.

  • S/he will be expected to lead generate through prospecting on LinkedIn, using established connections, and personal networking to generate leads and develop target customers.

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Salary = $75K

  • Estimated Commission = approx. $50K

  • Uncapped commission

  • On Target Earnings Year 1 = $125-$130k

  • On Target Earnings Year 2 = $200k

  • Opportunity for health insurance – work in progress

  • 3 weeks’ vacation

  • Company closes - 2 weeks of July

  • Company closes - Christmas through New Years
