Account Executive

ProActivate - Gainesville, FL

We are looking for a high-energy, high-performing, and outgoing individual to join our high achieving Account Executive team. The Account Executive will receive qualified leads/appointments from the SDRs and bring them to a close. Some outbound is necessary while building your initial pipeline.

Expectations and Responsibilities:

  • Take appointments made by the SDRs and rapidly move them through the sales process
  • Approximately 20% of the leads will advance forward as a qualified opportunity
  • Engage prospects in all stages of the sales process including first demo
  • Consultative / Solution selling style
  • Knowledge of sales force and related digital sales tools.
  • Weekly/Monthly Pipeline management
  • Sales cycle is about 1-3 months
  • Previous Consultative Sales experience is preferred

We’re looking for an intelligent, highly-motivated, organized individual, who is able to succeed in a fast-moving company and industry. The candidate must be a self-starter who can see the goal and execute against it.

Non – Negotiable Requirements:

  • Candidate must have at least 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Must have a demonstrative record of success
  • Candidate must have great interpersonal skills
  • Must have good organizational skills (Follow up, communication etc)
