Job Description

The Sales Executive will join the team to open new doors nationwide to offer medium sized businesses outsourced, but on-shore, support desk services.While minimal travel is expected, the Sales Executive will meet face to face with clients as needed.Hunting and prospecting is a strong focus for the role while also maintaining internal tools (internal lists and lead generation vendor) to develop leads and grow the territory.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Candidate who has targeted mid-size customers (500-2500 employees)
  • Candidate must be a hunter who is an individual contributor, has managed building a funnel of qualified leads
  • Candidate really should have industry experience (not required but highly preferred)
  • Candidates are measured by a monthly quota of approximately $10-$20K of recurring revenue per month which is 1000 tickets per month, companies in 1000-2000 range will generate 1000 tickets
  • Candidates must understand how to uncover the customer pain points; they need to know why companies buy from them
  • Candidate should be used to a longer sales cycle of 6-9 months although company is looking to speed this cycle up
