Job Description – Enterprise Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our world class Sales team. This is an individual contributor/quota carrying opportunity with a competitive base salary, and lucrative uncapped commissions on all revenue generated.

This individual will be responsible for aggressively driving new sales and overall business growth. Our ideal candidate is an assertive "big picture" thinker, a team player, and able to thrive in a fast paced, highly technical environment.

Expectations/Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner/channel relationships
    • Need to be comfortable prospecting and hunting for new business
    • Will have a dedicated support team (Inside Sales, Coordinator, Etc)
  • Develop and execute a mutual action plan and closing strategy with the decision maker(s) from your Accounts
  • Pursue revenue opportunities and close business to meet monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives
  • Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings and other business issues relevant to the position
  • Manage complex sales cycles related to ecommerce and marketing SaaS
    • The average sales cycle is 6-12 months
  • Partner with Listrak Business Development Center and Solution Consultants to maximize overall business development activity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and other third parties to increase opportunities
  • Deliver successful product presentations
    • In person if requested
    • Completed by Web demo most of the time
  • Travel to customer locations as required (up to 50%)
  • Work with Listrak Executives, Sales Operations, and Marketing to maximize ROI related to seminars, webinars, trade shows, workshops and other marketing related events
  • Provide feedback from field experience to internal cross-functional teams with regard to product, selling, competitive landscape, and related matters.

 

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Candidate will have 5+ years of outside consultative sales experience
  • Candidate will have a proven track record of consistent goal/quota attainment
  • Candidate will have Software/Technology sales experience
  • Candidate will demonstrate strengths in building and managing relationships, and presenting to a diverse audience from technical teams to C-level executives
  • Candidate will have experience selling email marketing/web-based software as a service (SaaS) applications
  • Candidate will be a proactive self-starter; highly motivated and able to deliver the highest possible level of responsiveness to meaningful sales opportunities
  • Candidate will have the ability to negotiate price, other concessions, and terms & conditions through strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities
  • Candidate will be proficient with the Internet, MS Office, Salesforce.com or related CRM applications required
  • Candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related. An MBA is a plus. (degree not required, but preferred)
  • Candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidate will display the following qualities:driven, self-motivated, disciplined, resourceful, self-starter, flexible, adaptable
  • Candidate will not have more than 2 jobs in last 5 years unless well explained

Compensation very competitive:

OTE expected to be > $200K
