Location: Ohio- remote role with heavy travel Job Description: The Business Development Manager – Industrial Services is a key sales role responsible for driving growth and expanding our client’s presence across the industrial sector. Our client operates within four primary business silos—Surface Engineering (SE), Wheels (as the North American representative for Rader-Vogel), Reliability Centered Repair (RCR), and Resell (Parts). This position will focus on each silo proportionally: SE (68%), RV (10%), RCR (20%), and Resell (1%), requiring a salesperson who can operate across all product and service lines rather than within a single specialty. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within targeted industrial sectors. Lead negotiations and close deals with both new and existing clients, with a focus on securing long-term engagements. Deliver technical presentations that clearly articulate NewcoUSA’s solutions and value proposition. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities; managing forecasts, reporting, and performance metrics. Each opportunity needs to be inputted and kept up to date in the CRM.
