As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting sales processes and customer success. You’ll analyze platform data, create automations, and provide real-time insights that help Sales and Grower Success Managers demonstrate value to growers. You will also participate in meetings with key customers, presenting technical insights and tailoring solutions that highlight the company’s impact. Your technical and analytical skills, together with your ability to leverage AI tools, will enable you to transform complex data into clear, practical solutions that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales and Grower Success Managers to provide real-time insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Join key customer meetings to present insights, demos, and technical value.
- Translate platform data into clear, impactful presentations and solutions for prospective and existing customers.
- Develop automations, dashboards, and AI-powered tools that improve efficiency and scale insights delivery.
- Use agricultural knowledge and market understanding to contextualize data and tailor solutions to grower needs.
- Support sales cycles by preparing technical materials, ROI analyses, and proof-of-value reports.
- Work closely with Product and Support teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into scalable solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the value the company delivers to growers and strengthen our competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical, data-driven, or customer-facing role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with Excel; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Qlikview), scripting/automation (Python, SQL), or AI-based tools for analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Agricultural background or degree in Plant Science, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related discipline is a plus, but not required.
- Spanish language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 20–30%.
