    About the Role

  • Put your relationship-building skills to work conducting consultations and maintaining client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Use your analytical strengths to perform detailed site assessments, measurements, and create comprehensive cost estimates incorporating materials, labor, and overhead
  • Exercise your systematic thinking by developing accurate project scope documents, timelines, and technical specifications for installation teams
  • Leverage your active listening and attention to detail in navigating pricing discussions while maintaining company profit margins and quality standards
  • Draw on your business development abilities to generate leads and build relationships with landscape architects and property managers
  • Utilize your project management skills to coordinate with installation teams and monitor project progress against estimates
  • Channel your commitment to processes into maintaining accurate records, tracking sales metrics, and ensuring compliance with company procedures
  • Tap into your problem-solving nature to address scope changes and client concerns while maintaining project profitability and timeline adherence

    Qualifications and Previous Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing sales or service roles
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate cost estimation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with business technology including email, spreadsheets, and estimation software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Aptitude for project estimations, scope development, or technical assessment
  • Familiarity with Springville, IN area, local housing market
  • Comfort working in outdoor conditions and inclement weather
  • Experience with landscape design principles and installation processes is a plus
  • Experience in landscape industry or related construction/outdoor services field is a plus
