  Pay rate: $25-30k per hour, based on experience

  Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am to 4:30pm (seasonal hours are heavier, with overtime available)

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary liaison between roofing crews and customers
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout project phases
• Create and manage work orders for roofing projects
• Order and coordinate delivery of materials to job sites
• Document project progress with detailed notes and photographs
• Identify and address potential issues before they become problems
• Explain project details and answer customer questions
• Ensure crews have proper materials and equipment needed
• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
• Report project status to management
• Coordinate schedule adjustments when necessary
• Assist with final walk-throughs and customer sign-offs

   

  Requirements:
  

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Able to climb ladders and work on roofs safely
• Comfortable with heights and outdoor working conditions
• Can lift 50+ pounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math skills for material calculations
• Proficient with smartphones/tablets for documentation
• 1+ year construction or customer service experience
• Roofing experience a plus, but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
• Must pass background check and drug test
