About the Role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Evaluate clients' landscaping needs, preferences, and budget through thoughtful consultation
  • Create detailed proposals outlining scope of work, materials, and clear value propositions
  • Presentation proposals to clients, highlighting benefits and addressing questions with confidence
  • Finalize sales agreements ensuring clients fully understand all terms and conditions
  • Identify enhancement opportunities that expand services and exceed client expectations
  • Document client communication and expectations accurately for seamless team coordination
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline with accurate progress reporting and forecasting
  • Coordinate effectively between clients and operations team for smooth project execution
  • Deliver exceptional service to every client throughout the entire sales process
  • Continuously develop knowledge of services and industry trends to better serve clients

 

Sales Account Manager Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and follow-through
  • Experience in landscape or construction sales is preferred
  • Experience in landscape estimating and design and LMN is a plus
  • Familiarity with basic software applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean record
  • Business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments
