Sales/Estimator Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer-facing sales or service experience
- Background in residential services, landscaping or construction industries is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with basic technology tools (email, spreadsheets, measuring apps)
- Experience with project estimation or scope development (preferred)
- Knowledge of local area and local housing market (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
