We at Providence Staffing are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-driven Recruiter to join our top-tier recruiting and staffing team in Phenix City, AL. This role is pivotal in connecting our clients with exceptional talent and contributing to our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine national recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates, aligning with our strategic goals, mission, vision, and values.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand and efficiently meet staffing needs at various levels and timelines.
- Continuously network and build connections to ensure a robust pipeline of high-quality, diverse candidates.
- Lead and contribute to special projects and initiatives, adapting to internal business needs and sector trends.
- Actively participate in networking and recruitment events, promoting our brand and expanding our candidate and employer networks.
- Enhance Providence Staffing’s presence across multiple platforms, including social media and job boards, to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct thorough screenings of candidates, either via phone or in-person interviews.
- Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in recruitment and staffing.
- A genuine passion for empowering candidates and impacting their career journeys.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Flexibility in work hours to meet staffing deadlines and adapt to changing needs.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Work Schedule:
Regular hours for this position are 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $15 to $20 per hour, plus a competitive commission structure.
