Compensation Analyst - Confidential Search

  • Assists in the company’s salary, rewards, and recognition programs
  • Must be able conduct job analysis which includes creating or revising job descriptions
  • Conducts salary surveys
  • Designs, develops, and conducts analysis and can interpret results to senior leadership
  • Works as a counselor to Human Resources staff on compensation and benefit policies
  • Assists team members regarding all Total Reward functions including medical benefits, retirement, prescription plans, short/long term disability, workers comp., FMLA and other programs offered by company.
  • Recommends different benefits/compensation changes that will benefit the team and the company
  • Continually looking for new and creative process improvement solutions
  • Working with a team population of over 3000+




  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Have at least 2+ years of related work experience in both Compensation and Benefits disciplines

Top Skill Sets:

  • Extensive knowledge of Federal laws associated with compensation and benefits
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (V lookups, pivot table and indexing)
  • Analytical background to conduct job, compensation and benefit program analysis
  • Problem solving
  • Project Management skills
