Compensation Analyst - Confidential Search
- Assists in the company’s salary, rewards, and recognition programs
- Must be able conduct job analysis which includes creating or revising job descriptions
- Conducts salary surveys
- Designs, develops, and conducts analysis and can interpret results to senior leadership
- Works as a counselor to Human Resources staff on compensation and benefit policies
- Assists team members regarding all Total Reward functions including medical benefits, retirement, prescription plans, short/long term disability, workers comp., FMLA and other programs offered by company.
- Recommends different benefits/compensation changes that will benefit the team and the company
- Continually looking for new and creative process improvement solutions
- Working with a team population of over 3000+
Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Have at least 2+ years of related work experience in both Compensation and Benefits disciplines
Top Skill Sets:
- Extensive knowledge of Federal laws associated with compensation and benefits
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (V lookups, pivot table and indexing)
- Analytical background to conduct job, compensation and benefit program analysis
- Problem solving
- Project Management skills
