SALARY - Up to $120,000/yr + 15% annual bonus
As the Compensation Manager, you will have a specific background to Compensation and will lead the Compensation function for our client. You will lead compensation related projects, while having a strong knowledge on market conditions and drivers within the market. As the Compensation Manager, you will have responsibilities of leading Executive Compensation as well as all comp related functions across the company (US).
As the Compensation Manager, you will manage a team of 2-5, and MUST have managerial experience.
