Regional Sales Rep

RAM Executive Search, LLC - Houston, TX

Performs account management functions to achieve sales quotas and account objectives, develops and executes account retention strategies of the company while performing marketing and new business development activities.

 

 

 

Manage and grow existing accounts

 

 

 

Builds and maintains sustainable relations with key personnel

 

 

 

Establish sufficient and periodical on-site presence

 

 

 

Secure opportunities to quote

 

 

 

Negotiate prices and terms of contract

 

 

 

Arrange appointments

 

 

 

Performs routine follow up

 

 

 

Assesses the needs of the client and actively seeks opportunities for additional business

 

 

 

Core Competencies: Technical expertise of products and equipment; results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team; demonstrated ability to problem solve for clients; well developed ability to build and maintain lasting relationships; strong interpersonal skill; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

 

 

 

Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, or equivalent combination throughout New England.
