VISA Sponsorship options available

• Job description / duties:  Standard primary care medicine; both IM and FP.
• Locale/Locales:  Varies at this time. Greater Tucson area.
• Reason for opening? (adding or replacing):  It’s both.
• Joining other providers? (if so, how many):  Each location is a different group size practice. Minimum of 4 and caps at 12.
• Days/hours/shifts/weekend/call:  M-F, no weekends. Call is shared. Approx 1.5 x per month or 13 to 15 times per year. Phone only. Our call is cake.
• Comp range:  MDs out of residency, $220ish. Caps at $284 DoE.
• Any bonus structure:  Yes, we offer an incentive plan.
• Seeing all ages:  It’s not required, but we hope that our FP MDs will see some kids to geri.
• EMR:  We use Athena right now but will migrate to AthenaOne after July 2025
• Patients a day:  Depends on their schedule. If 8s, roughly 18ish. If 4 10s, then 21ish.
• Relo allowance / Sign on for the right candidate:  We offer both. 10k relo and 15k sign-on.
