Immediate need for BE/BC Family Medicine providers to join a well established and growing Community Health / Wellness / Primary Care group in Phoenix, AZ area

Our client is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC); a non-profit, integrated medical group consisting of more than 650 providers offering more than 50 medical and surgical specialties and sub-specialties. They are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals in Arizona, maintaining a balanced program of patient care, education, research, and community service. 

Position Summary

• Bread and butter Family Med / Primary Care
• Multiple opportunities / multiple locales
• Full-time / benefited
• Fed Student Loan repay available
• Sign on bonus/relo package available
• Seeing all ages
• Epic EMR
• 20-25 patients a day
• Possible 4 10 hour shifts is an option
• Base Comp $174,500.00, new grad – $179,500.00 experienced
