Full time or Part time options available

Here is the model and we are open to part time. will be guaranteed an hourly rate of $150.00 per hour. For any hour that you see more than 3 patients you will receive $225.00 per hour. Any patient above 3 patients per hour would be $75.00 per patient for that hour.
