We are growing. Our team is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join us in a broader role – both internally and externally facing – with significant impact across the organization. In addition to managing client accounting projects, the Accounting Manager will be integral to business development efforts, successfully managing and mentoring talent as well as driving other firm related projects and initiatives. Duties:

  • Bring order to chaos by designing, standardizing and documenting processes, systems, and workflows
  • Promote cross-functional cooperation and accountability transparent communication and effective project management
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit by balancing extreme efficiency and quality with flawless execution and hustle
  • Grow existing and develop new community connections by fostering authentic relationships and promoting corporate values

Skills and Qualifications:

  • CPA license with 5+ years of public accounting experience and 1+ year of client management experience
  • BA/BS in Accounting
  • Ability to work 50 to 60 hours a week during peak periods
  • References from prior employers/supervisors/clients
