We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to support digital marketing initiatives on our expanding digital marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will be responsible for daily/weekly analysis of several digital marketing channels including SEO, paid search, Facebook & display campaigns, and email. You will spearhead initiatives related to data & profitability analysis, designing / implementing and monitoring A:B tests, and ensuring strong execution of day-to-day tasks.


As a Marketing Analyst at Caring, you will:

  • Support all digital marketing channels, including SEM, website, social media, email, and paid advertising campaigns

  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing efforts, and assess against business goals

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments (A/B tests) to assess variants, across multiple marketing channels

  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to write, create, and develop relevant on-site content and landing pages while optimizing the user experience


Our Ideal Marketing Analyst will have:

  • 1-3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or data analytics, mathematics, marketing, or a related field

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to understand KPI’s

  • Strong understanding of the entire Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs Suite

  • Exemplify high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

  • Bonus Points: Prior experience with Google Adwords, Bing Ads or Facebook advertising
