Tuck is seeking a skilled analyst/project manager/data wiz to oversee multivariate testing and conversion rate optimization for the most competitive brands across the sleep space. You’ll problem-solve with a team of content marketing experts, designers and developers in a fast-paced, challenging environment helping prototype, A/B test, and roll out effective digital user experiences for our brands. Your work will power all of the content and the development of Tuck Sleep as a premier brand in the space as well as some of our additional portfolio sites.
The desired candidate will combine the UX/UI intuition of a designer with data analytics chops to come up with new/impactful ways to help consumers via our properties. They’ll be a data-driven self-starter, understanding the value we bring the web and constantly looking to improve the experience of our sites both for the end consumer and the business. You’ll develop and fine-tune a rapid pace of testing, learning, and iterating all within the context of improving sales conversion and overall site experience. As a result of your efforts, we should see a healthy growth of our bottom line along with our user engagement metrics.
