Due to growth, we have an opportunity for a new HR Manager. In this role, you will manage all aspects of HR for an international company, including employee relations, development and implementation of policies and procedures, and administration of all employee related programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Globys compensation strategy and execution with a business planning, talent acquisition and retention focus

  • Manage the administration of all employee health insurance programs and oversee the annual renewal and open enrollment process

  • Coordinate with domestic and international 3rd party advisers to administer human resource functions including employee agreements, compliance filing and other duties as necessary

  • Work with our external recruiting partner on talent acquisition

  • Manage the new hire onboarding process

  • Oversee annual performance evaluations, including salary reviews

  • Act as a coach for employees and become a trusted advisor, assisting managers in making and executing performance improvements and disciplinary decisions

  • Manage company training initiatives and budget

  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in an HR role, preferably in a growing company

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Prior lead or management aptitude required

  • SHRM or PHR certification required

  • Comfort working with Senior leadership

  • Strong project management and change management skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
