About the Position
We are looking for a highly analytical, creative and results-oriented marketer to lead growth at Girlfriend Collective. Your primary responsible will be to build highly effective user acquisition funnels, optimize conversion, and scale best practices.
What You’ll Do
Use data to identify, test, and optimize all top-of-funnel activities to grow acquisition and brand awareness
Lead acquisition-based customer touch points and implement strategies to reach new audiences and acquire new customers
Scale the brand's paid acquisition efforts efficiency
A/B test landing pages and stages of the conversion funnel to improve conversion rates
Spearhead our analytics: present key metrics and improve current data infrastructure and analytics tools
Set up our analytics infrastructure, dashboards, daily reports, etc.
Analyze all aspects of our marketing funnel to identify the largest areas for improvement and implement strategies to take advantage of these opportunities
Develop and implement on-site optimization techniques to improve conversion & AOV on existing traffic
Develop and implement plan to increase email capture on current traffic (popups, captures, add to cart, etc)
Collaborate with the leadership team to define and prioritize growth initiatives that support our strategic imperatives
Maintaining an excellent understanding of our users and prospective users, to discover the core patterns that encourage them to buy Girlfriend Collective and repeat
Who You Are
4+ years experience in growth marketing role
Have a creative, experimental, iterative mindset with the desire to test and learn quickly
Equally analytical and creative: you have lots of ideas, but also know how to make them happen and measure their impact
In-depth experience with Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel, you're a power user
Strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, and a natural self-starter
An entrepreneurial spirit able to identify problems and design in an ambiguous environment
Expertise in data analysis, web analytics, A/B and multivariate testing, LTV/CAC modeling, etc
Experience in working in a fast-growing, B2C-focused early stage business preferred
