A leading, highly reputable global investment manager specializing in alternative investments is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Associate – Investment Operations to join their growing Private Credit platform.
**$140-$185K Total Comp (Bases + Full Annual Bonus)**
**Hybrid 3 days/week in office**
This role is ideal for a financial professional with 3–5 years of experience in private credit, investment operations, or credit-focused roles.

This is a career-advancing opportunity with direct visibility into capital planning, liquidity management, fund optimization, and strategic reporting for private credit funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital & Leverage Management: Assist in credit facility structuring, execution of financings (e.g., subscription and asset-backed credit facilities), and financial model development.
- Cash & Liquidity Forecasting: Maintain and enhance forecasting tools, manage cash requirements, and optimize timing of capital flows and borrowings.
- Portfolio Optimization: Analyze fund and deal pipeline data to support efficient deployment within facility and investment guidelines.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Deliver reporting for credit facilities, communicate with external parties (banks, rating agencies, co-investors), and track covenant compliance and other company-level data.
- Ad Hoc Financial Modeling: Support return projections for new investment vehicles and strategic fund analysis.
- Investor Support & Presentations: Contribute to investor relations and help create presentations for key stakeholders including Board members and financial institutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across Investment, Fund Accounting, Risk, Legal, and more.
- Tech & Process Initiatives: Support firm-wide improvements in data and technology platforms for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in private credit, investment operations, or direct lending.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Direct experience with fixed income and private credit fund structures and operations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
