Reputable, publicly-traded and fast-growing global company is looking for a strategic and experienced Director of Treasury to lead key initiatives across international markets.

**$220K-$265K Total Comp (base + annual bonus, not including equity)

**Hybrid 3 days/week in office**

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business insight and assist in the execution of general Treasury issues (banking, FX trading, investing, debt management, etc.) as needed.
• Lead global credit card merchant services strategy to reduce cost and improve efficiency
• Evaluate and implement payment solutions across multiple regions
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to integrate emerging payment technologies
• Manage vendor relationships and external payment partners
• Oversee credit card fraud prevention programs in partnership with internal teams
• Contribute to broader treasury operations including cash management, FX, banking, and debt management
• Represent Treasury on cross-functional projects and provide thought leadership on payments strategy

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Advanced degrees or CTP/CFA a plus)
• 10+ years of treasury experience in a multinational corporate environment
• Deep knowledge of credit card processing, merchant services, and alternative payments
• Proven leadership in international treasury operations (banking, FX, cash flow, debt)
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency required
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading through influence
• Excellent communication skills across diverse teams and international cultures
