In the role of the Regional Account Manager, you will be part of the outside sales team and thrive in a growing, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment! Recruitlynk has partnered with a leader in developing and marketing revolutionary industrial maintenance solutions and applications to companies around the globe. It is expected that a successful salesperson will generate between $50K-$75k in commissions per year, with no commission percentage drops or ceilings while earning a healthy base compensation plus amazing benefits!
What You Will Do:
- Solicitation, management, and expansion of sales in a designated territory (IA, SD, ND, MN).
- Establish strong relationships with end users at plant & corporate levels
- Proactively prospect for new sales opportunities
- Work with Director of Sales to develop & execute sales plan
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Travel both locally & regionally is required 50% (including overnights)
What You Should Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 5-7 years of work experience as an outside salesperson.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in CRM Systems, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task.
- Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Flexibility and the desire to take on additional responsibility.
- Ability to manage a multiple state territory, maximizing customer interaction and minimizing drive time.
What You Will Be Provided:
- The Regional Account Manager will operate out of a home office equipped with computer, laptop, phone, etc. provided by company
- The sales engineer will be given a company vehicle to accommodate drivable product demonstration requests.
- Company will supply product demonstration equipment and training.
- Travel expenses will be provided as per established employee guidelines.
