Overview:

The Global Marketing Director is pivotal at Xstrahl, driving the company’s commercial growth and enhancing its market presence. This strategic yet hands-on position involves collaborating closely with the CEO and Sales leadership to develop and execute a forward-thinking marketing strategy. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring proactive vision, calculated risk-taking, and innovative leadership. This role demands exceptional downstream marketing expertise, self-confidence, and the ability to manage ambiguity while creating and delegating systems for streamlined execution. The position reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance Xstrahl’s brand awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement.

Value Proposition Development: Create compelling value propositions and competitive positioning. Translate these into effective content strategies, sales tools (e.g., presentations, collateral, videos), and promotional activities.

Product Launch Excellence: Collaborate with Product Management and Sales leadership to establish effective go-to-market strategies for new products and features.

Conference & Trade Show Strategy: Set objectives, messaging, and execution plans for trade shows and conferences to maximize impact and align with company goals.

Digital Channel Management: Oversee channel strategies and promotional execution, including website optimization and comprehensive digital campaigns to improve visibility and engagement.

Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate client relationships to generate testimonials, case studies, and other clinical marketing initiatives.

Business Planning & Budgeting: Lead the business planning, budgeting, and forecasting process. Oversee the development of the annual marketing budget with Xstrahl leadership.

Performance Analysis: Establish program KPIs and implement strategic adjustments to maximize marketing ROI and performance.

Team Leadership: Supervise the Event Coordinator and oversee vendor management for external agencies delivering marketing initiatives. Represent Xstrahl at conferences and events as required.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a regulated industry, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare technology, with at least 5 years in downstream marketing. Experience with radiation therapy technology or other oncology-focused solutions is highly preferred.

• Minimum 5 years in a marketing management role, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in science, marketing, or business discipline.

• Expertise in multi-channel, integrated campaign development that meets or exceeds performance targets.

• High commercial focus with demonstrated alignment with sales teams for prioritizing impactful marketing programs.

• Intellectual curiosity, decisiveness, and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Zoho (preferred).
