We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Credit Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and support both our finance and sales teams by balancing strong relationships with smart credit decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Manage collections and resolve past-due accounts with professionalism.
• Review and set up new customer accounts and credit applications.
• Monitor account activity, credit limits, and discrepancies.
• Apply payments (lockbox, EFT, online, branch) and reconcile balances.
• Partner with customers, sales, and management to resolve disputes quickly.
• Build relationships across the industry through credit group meetings.
