Position Overview: 

The Global Clinical Application Manager will oversee comprehensive management and support for all systems across radiation therapy, Life Science, and dermatology. This position will provide leadership and management to a team of application support specialists, applying the principles of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 

Customer Experience: 

  • Manage Help Desk responses for Applications Support. 
  • Develop and implement the Applications support strategy. 

Team Management: 

  • Mentor and supervise a team of application support professionals. 
  • Set performance expectations and conduct regular reviews to support professional development. 

Internal/External Training: 

  • Provide clinical applications training for their medical systems, supporting software development and end-users. 
  • Develop training materials and ensure in-house personnel are equipped with the knowledge to support their products effectively. 
  • Demonstrate clinical expertise at exhibitions and events as a key representative of Xstrahl. 

Post Market Surveillance: 

  • Analyze customer data to inform future product development and ensure accuracy. 
  • Manage user feedback through ZohoDesk and CFR processes, escalating regulatory issues. 
  • Collate market information to address product development questions from Customer Success and R&D teams. 

Technical Sales Support: 

  • Support sales presentations and demonstrations by providing resources. 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through insightful proposals. 
  • Coordinate and host potential customer visits to existing sites to support the sales process. 
  • Contribute clinical expertise to develop accurate, cost-effective, and deliverable tender specifications. 

Other Duties: 

  • Manage complaints and feedback related to Applications. 
  • Oversee medical software and connectivity upgrades/installations. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. 
  • Proven experience in managing application support teams in a medical device or healthcare setting. 
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
